My professional background includes extensive experience in audio engineering, audiovisual system design and programming, and technical project execution, including 16 years working from the owner's perspective as Senior Audio Engineer at MIT.

That owner-side experience provides an important perspective on the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and procurement through implementation, operation, maintenance, and long-term support.

I understand that a technically successful project must do more than meet a specification. It needs to work for the people who use it, be manageable for the people who maintain it, and deliver the performance and reliability the organization expects.
